7. Print-On-Demand Bookstore
This website operates as a print-on-demand bookstore. Books are printed only after you place your order and are not held in inventory. All books are printed and shipped by Lulu Direct (operated by Lulu, Inc.), our fulfillment and print-on-demand partner.
7.1 Products and Pricing

• We provide information about books and other merchandise available for purchase through our Site

• All prices are displayed in Pound sterling or other according to your preference, and are subject to change without notice

• We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order

• Product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that they are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free

• Because this is a print-on-demand bookstore, all books are printed to order after your purchase and are not kept in stock

7.2 Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you agree to purchase the merchandise at the stated price

• Your order constitutes an offer to us, which we may accept or reject

• When you place an order, your order details are automatically sent to Lulu Direct for printing and fulfillment

• We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an order confirmation email

• Important: We do NOT store your credit card information. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider

• All payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely

7.3 Printing, Fulfillment, and Shipping

• All orders are printed and shipped by Lulu Direct, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner

• Lulu Direct uses a global network of printers and fulfillment centers to produce and deliver your order

• When you place an order, Lulu Direct begins printing your book immediately

• Shipping times depend on your location and the selected product format

• You will receive tracking information from Lulu Direct once your order has been printed and shipped

• International Shipping: Lulu Direct ships orders worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer

• Lulu Direct includes white-label packing slips (with Richard Barrett's branding) in all shipments

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or to your specified delivery address

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

• For questions about shipping status or delivery, you may contact Lulu Direct directly using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email

7.4 Returns, Refunds, and Customer Support

• Returns are not accepted as items are custom printed. If you wish to cancel your order before shipping, please contact us withing one day after purchase. Damages or defects can be replaced if reported within 30 days.

• Digital products are non-returnable

• Refunds will be processed by Wix to the original payment method

• We maintain customer data including your email address and can be contacted directly for customer service inquiries

8. Reliance on Information Posted

• Commentary and other materials posted on our Site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed

• Lulu Direct's privacy and terms of service apply to your fulfillment relationship with them
